Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching - Rebalance

One to One 12 week* Bespoke Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching program (online or in-person). For those who are killing it in the gym, on the bike or in your running shoes that want to improve overall health and well being through rebalancing your diet and getting the most out of your nutrition.

  • Initial Nutrition and lifestyle assessment 

  • Six full 1 to 1 sessions (in-person/online) where we work together to create an on-going Nutrition and Lifestyle plan personalised to you

  • Six 'catch-up' calls where we go through any queries about the current plan (alternating 1 to 1s and catch-ups) 

  • A full analysis of the current diet, helping you understand what's preventing you achieve your goals and why

  • Review of problematic areas and how to manage these with a breakdown of specific nutrients (macro/ micro) important to your new plan and understanding why these are important 

  • Bespoke recipes to support your goals fully nutritionally balanced to your needs

  • A holistic review of lifestyle with a focus on diet (ways to enhance your diet through your lifestyle)

  • Regular professional support - always on hand to give advice, options, motivation, etc in between sessions

Pricing: Introductory offer Billed monthly at £99 p/m** or (full one-off payment of £297)

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching - Predbiabetes  

This 12-week program* is designed for those who are wanting to reverse the early signs of pre-diabetes and want a supporting hand, expert knowledge, and an ally to help manage their diet and nutrition through rebalancing blood sugar levels from the food they eat as well as improving overall well-being. This is not a weight loss program, however, our principles support the body allowing it to return to it's natural weight without focusing specifically on weight loss.

  • Initial Nutrition & Lifestyle assessment. 

  • Six full 1 to 1 sessions (in-person/online) where we work together to create a Nutrition Plan using strategies to balance blood sugars which focuses on supporting and improving the major systems within your body for overall health and wellness. 

  • Six 'catch-up' calls where we go through any queries about the current plan (alternating 1 to 1s and catch-ups) 

  • We'll also create a Lifestyle plan in order to complement and improve overall health.

  • A full analysis of the current diet where we aim to educate you in the Why's behind what causes diabetes and how to manage these through small, simple changes to your diet.  

  • Bespoke recipe ideas will be based on the blood sugar balancing diet as well as improving overall health.

  • Full professional support from our Certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach who can liaise with your GP to provide a more in-depth service as well as always being on hand between sessions.

Prediabetes

How it works...

Firstly, you can apply for a 20 minute discover call to go through everything and make sure that SeeChange Nutrition is right for you before you commit to the program.

​

You are set up with an account where you can download our questionnaire and 3 day food diary template from the members area, or download the LIBRO app where you can upload your meals using bar codes and the Nutritics database as you make them, which comes straight through to us. When completed, upload them to your account where we can access them straight away. 

​

Our first consultation is an initial nutrition and lifestyle assessment, we go through your questionnaire and food diary and fill in any gaps. 

 

With this information, we can start to build a picture of your current diet and lifestyle. All aspects of your diet and lifestyle are assessed, noting any key points of focus. This information is collated and gathered from your questionnaire, diary and your first consultation.
