We'll begin by understanding your goals, current health, and lifestyle. This includes a comprehensive Health Questionnaire, analysis of your diet via a tracking app, or food diary, and a guided journal to reflect on eating habits, stressors, and triggers. Monitoring & Autonomous Intergration
You’ll have email and WhatsApp access for any questions or suggestions. Follow-ups will be conducted to assess progress, address obstacles, and readjust your plan if needed. These follow-ups can be flexible to suit your progress, with each session focusing on a specific educational topic, such as meal prep or eating out. A recording of each follow-up will be provided for reference.
