1-2-1 Personal Training | £40 per 60 minute session

Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly options available

1-2-1 PT

Sessions can be held either at Better gym in Bournemouth, Online or in your own home (see home PT).

1-2-1 sessions provide the most comprehensive way to achieve your fitness goals. We do a full assessment before beginning any exercise plan through strength and fitness tests and assessing limtations in flexbility and mobility to ensure your plan is as bespoke as possible.

Each plan is designed to be different to keep things interesting and help you stay motivated for each session.

Group PT (2-3 people) | £25-20 p/person respectively

Pay Monthly PT:

​

1 x Session per week - £150 per month (£35 per session)

        2 x Sessions per week - £260 per month (£32.50 per session)

  3 x Sessions per week - £390 per month (£30 per session)

What's included:

Yellow Pepper

Initial Consultation In person or online and will last no longer than 30 minutes. This allows us to go through your goals, and bespoke our service towards your needs to provide highly effective sessions.  

​

Body Composition and Progress Tracking During the initial consulation, we'll get you on our fancy biometric scales to assess your current weight and body fat percentage which will give us a benchmark and allow us to visually track your progress. Tom can also record your body measurements i.e. chest/hips if desired as another way to monitor progress.

​

Initial Diet Analysis* New clients will have their diets assessed before the first session, we'll ask you to complete a 3 day food diary so Tom can assess your current diet which will allow him provide you with your calorific needs, but also to get a good understanding of any areas that may need improvement to support your goals which will be discussed during your first PT sessions.

​

Nutrition Guide & Recipe Ideas Tom has crafted this guide to ensure you have the tools needed to manage your diet. Providing a point of reference that allows you to understand the basics will give you a solid foundation on managing the food your eat. Tom has also collated some of his tried and tested recipes to inspire and enhance your repertoire of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. If you enjoy the food you eat, you’re more likely to succeed in building healthy habits. 

​

60 minute 1-2-1 PT session During your first session Tom will take your through any cardio/strength tests to benchmark your fitness level so we can track your progress. Tom will ensure each and every session is tailored to you. Each session will work towards your end goal and is designed to be both enjoyable but also challenging. 

​

2 Day Home Exercise plan You'll also get a two day home exercise program designed by Tom, containing links to a video library for all exercises which you can use as part of your weekly fitness routine along side your PT session. 

​

Nutrition Coaching Add-On** Our Nutrition Coach Tom will always provide nutritional guidance and delicious recipe ideas, however if you're looking for a more complete package to target your health, add on Nutrition Coaching as an extra along with your PT sessions. You’ll sit down with Tom every 2 weeks for a 45 minute consultation to go through your diet and create a nutrition & lifestyle plan for optimal health .

*Dietary analysis is offered for monthly 1-2-1 Personal Training only and is done initially with each new client before their first session. You can opt for our fortnightly dietary analysis add-on also for regular check ins to see if you are on track

With our Online Coaching Programs you get complete flexibility over when and where you train without the commitiment or cost of a 1-2-1 Personal Trainer.

​

We give you all the support you need to achieve your goals through check-ins and program adaptions  each week,  ensuring you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. We also ensure your nutrition is on point by providing calorie and macro levels specific to your goal and training plan. 

 

So whether you want to build muscle, burn through fat or improve fitness levels we've got you covered.

Initial Consultation This is done over the phone and lasts no longer than 30 minutes. This allows us to go through your goals, and bespoke your plan as much as possible for the best results. It gives us a good understanding of your current level of knowledge and style of training. 

​

Body Assessments Before we write your plan, we ask you to complete a body movement assessment where you will video yourself performing certain exercises so we can review, and create a plan that's works for you and you are capable of doing. 

​

4 Week Progressive Plan No generic plans here! We write your plan in 4 week phases focussing on a different principle of fitness each month depending on your goals. This prevents your body from adapting too much supporting you to continue achieving results. Each plan is 100% personalised to you, your goals and abilities. 

Along with the plan you get a comprehensive exercise reference guide to ensure you not only understand exactly what you need to, but to also educate you on the principles and justification for choice of exercises.

Weekly Check-ins Each week we catch up to assess your progress, provide feedback on form via recordings of your exercises and to go through your new weeks plan and adapt where necessary. 

​

Nutrition Plan & Recipe Ideas We take your information and use it to create a bespoke nutrition plan where we map out your calories and macros specific to your goals. We provide feedback on how to enhance your diet through balanced eating ensuring you are getting all the right nutrients to support your overall health. Along with this we also provide a few recipe ideas to give you some inspiration in the kitchen.

PT on call* You don't need to wait until your check-in for any support or to ask any questions. You can contact your PT via WhatsApp for any quick questions or to clarify any exercises etc. 

​

Online PT

Online Sessions - HOME BASED | £25 per 45 minute session

With our online personal training sessions, we help you stay committed with weekly workouts specific to your needs. Our trainer Tom, will develop each weeks plan based around you and your aims which will be fully designed to ensure you get the best workout from within your own home. 

​

Don't worry if you don't have any equipment, these plans will be fully tailored to what you have available. Even if it is simply a workout using body weight only, you will be surprised at what results you can see. Tom will show you how to get your body moving the way it should, increasing your mobility and flexibility whilst still providing a fun, and dynamic session.

 

All plans are designed and adapted to you each week, so you are not getting a generic prescribed plan. This way it stays interesting and you will (hopefully) learn something along the way too which will benefit you.

​

All sessions will be held via video call, and will last a total of 45 minutes. Before your first session, you will sit down (virtually) with Tom for a 30 minute consultation to talk through your goals and anything else that will help Tom in designing your home-based program.

PT Programs

12 weeks online coaching - Watersports Conditioning | £300

Paid in full at the start of your program 

​

This program requires a minimum of 2 x 45-60 minute sessions per week in order to acheive the best results, remember this isn't a quick fix program, but a long term way to sustain health and fitness. 

 

A bespoke program that supports clients looking to improve their performace and endurance for any water sports discipline. Whether you're a surfer looking to increase your paddle strength, or kitesurfer wanting to increase core strength.

 

Over 12 weeks, you will improve your mobility and flexibility, build overall strength and endurance and increase body awareness to enjoy more time on the water. 

​

Tom will design each weeks plan, to get you to where you need to be, you get a 30 minute coaching session each week for progressions to your plan and to keep you motivated and accountable so you acheive your goal quicker.   

​

Consultation carried out via a phone or video call - depending on what you prefer. This allows us to go through your goals, to tailor your plan to you.

​

Bespoke 12 week Program specific to your sport and fitness goals which is updated each week. Tom periodises your plan into 3 sections each focussing on a new training principle, and is fully based on whatever equipments/facilities you have at your disposal. Tom can also write you a body weight home program if needed. 

 

Check in On a given day of the week, Tom will sit down with you for a 30 minute consultation to discuss progress, explain your progressions for the week and keep you motivated. 

 

Nutrition* Our Nutrition Coach Tom is always on hand to pass on delicious recipes and foodie ideas, however if you're looking for a more personalised guide, Tom will calculate your nutritional breakdown of calories and macro nutrients to support your training.

Support All those burning questions you may have don't need to wait until your check in day. Send us a message at any time and we will do our best to help. We can provide feedback on your form if you send us videos, or can set up a video call if you're struggling with any exercises.

12 week bespoke program (plan only) - Watersports Conditioning | £150 

​

This program also requires a minimum of 2 x 45-60 minute sessions per week, but is for those who are looking for a more hands off approach. With this program, we write your 12 week plan as a full program for you to follow, without having the weekly check in calls, and is not updated during the 12 week period. 

 

This program still focusses on improving your mobility and flexibility, build overall strength and endurance and increase body awareness to enjoy more time on the water.

 

You're still going to see the same results, it may just take longer and you'll have less accountability, so you need to be sure you can stick to it yourself without support. If you are simply just looking for a program you can follow yourself, this will be perfect for you.

Home Personal Training | from £45 per hour

​

Our PT Tom can also come direct to your house for a session. He will bring all necessary equipment for the hour with him, which will be fully cleaned and sanitised before the visit. 

​

If this is of interest to you, please note we'll need enough space so that two people could lay side by side on an exercise mat, with at least 1m either side. 

​

Areas Covered: 10 mile radius of BH2 (Bournemouth)
