Surf/Summer Bootcamp
As a keen Kiter, surfer and paddle boarder, I love being out on the water as much as possible. Having a strong, powerful and flexible body go hand in hand for these sports and ultimately increase your overall time out on the water allowing you to focus more on simply having fun.
If you find yourself out of breath more often than catching waves, struggle landing that trick, want to increase your time out on the water, or simply want to look good on the beach, this course is perfect for you.

By focussing on building a solid foundation through core and full body exercises to help improve your overall fitness, increase range of motion and flexibility as well as increasing strength and endurance in your muscles, you’ll power through a session out on the water.

Don’t worry if you’re not an avid surfer, if you're simply looking to increase your fitness, improve your body composition by reducing fat, increase muscle strength and build a solid range of motion through increasing your flexibility so you look and (more importantly) FEEL great, you'll love this bootcamp.
Our Surf/Summer bootcamp is perfect if you want to:

**COVID-19 INFORMATION **

Social distancing will be observed during sessions with adaquate space between exercises stations. This bootcamp uses various pieces of exercise equipment which is sanitised before sessions with hand sanitiser to be used before and after by all attendees. There will be wipes provided to wipe down equipement between rounds.

Where do sessions take place?

All session are carried out at Branksome Woods Recreation ground next to the cricket nets. There is free parking next to the ground on Recreation road. Map here

How often are sessions?

Every Tuesday and Thursday

What can I expect?
​
Our sessions are circuit based where you will be performing 10 varying exercises for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break before moving onto the next exercise. We do three rounds of this with 2 minute breaks in between rounds.

Who is it for?
​
This bootcamp is ideal for anyone who is looking to reduce body fat, improve range of motion and increase muscular strength and endurance.
How long are sessions?
​
Our Surf/Summer BC sessions are 45 minutes long running from 6:30am - 7:15am
​
How much do sessions cost?
​
One-off sessions are charged at £5 with discount on 12 sessions when bought as a 6 week package (£4 per session)
​
What do I need to bring?
​
Yourself. A bottle of water and gym towel, your own exercise/yoga mat (mats are provided). Lots of energy for your workout.
​
What if I don't surf?
​
Don't worry, this camp is for everyone who wants to get in shape and drop some body fat in a fun and unique way.
