Over 8 weeks, I’ll guide you through a practical, supportive programme designed to help you take control of your eating habits in a realistic and sustainable way. As a qualified nutritionist, I’ve created this course to cut through the confusion and give you the tools to fuel your body, support your health, and make confident food choices — without restriction or overwhelm. Each week, we’ll meet in a small group setting where you’ll get expert advice, plenty of support, and space to ask questions and reflect on your progress. We’ll cover key topics like protein, fibre, blood sugar, gut health, and long-term habit change — all backed by science and taught with real life in mind.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions – £300 Total By enrolling in The Sustainable Nutrition Method, you are securing your place in a guided 8-week programme led by a qualified nutritionist, including weekly in-person sessions, printed resources, optional take-home tools, and group support. Payment: Full payment of £300 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality group experience. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to a future group subject to availability. Missed Sessions: If you miss a session, you’ll still receive the weekly handout and any relevant materials. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded individually, but I’ll do my best to support you with catch-up resources if needed. Commitment: This programme works best with weekly attendance and participation. It’s designed to support lasting change — your effort and openness are key to getting the most out of it.
