20 Prep - 5 Cook - 4 Chapattis
Ingredients:
- 100g Wholemeal Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- Water
*I like adding smoked paprika to add a bit more depth

Method:
1 In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt & pepper & any additional spices. create a wide hole in the middle of the flour. Add water in small doses at a time mixing within the middle pulling flour from the outside.

2 Once half the flour is mixed into dough, stir in the remaining flour & mix until a solid dough forms. It's easiest to use your hands at this stage.

3 If the dough is too moist add more flour & vice versa if too dry. The aim is to create a mould-able dough which doesn’t stick to your hands.

4 Flour a flat service & a rolling pin. Pull off golf ball size amounts from the mixture & roll out to form 8 inch circles.

5 Heat a flat pan over a high heat, & place the chapatti onto the pan. No oil is needed for the pan. Heat for around 1/2 minutes on each size until small charred bubbles begin to form.

6 Serve immediately as a carb to your meal or as a snack with dip.
