A Month of Fitness
Transform yourself with our 1 Month of Fitness program, specifically designed to mix up your routine and deliver real results to your health and fitness. You will have access to 4 unique and fun classes each week with each focussing on a different element to your fitness.

Before the program begins we do an initial body composition analysis to measure your body fat and weight. We use this info to then send you your calories levels depending on your goals for use as a guide to help you with your nutrition.
​
Each session focusses on a different fitness principle to give you the most comprehensive program for you to improve your overall health and fitness;

MONDAY: Mobility and movement cardio
​
We get you moving in the right way to improve range of motion and strengthen the joints whilst burning calories and learning new exercises
​
WEDNESDAY: Body Weight HIIT
​
Mid week we up the intensity and get your heart pumping with a high intensity body weight blast session to melt through calories and set you up for the rest of the day.
​
FRIDAY: Pump Bar Strength & Conditioning Circuits
​
Don't underestimate the power of resistance training for fitness. This session takes you through fundamental lifting techniques including proper squat form, military press and bar rows to build a strong and powerful body.
​
SATURDAY: Balance & Stretch cardio
​
We finish each week with some balance and proprioception training to improve your overall balance, coordination and body control whilst increasing fitness levels. We'll finish this session with a 20 minute active stretch routine designed to increase flexibility.

The Details:
Where do sessions take place?
​
All sessions are carried out at BetterGym Bournemouth in the Functional Studio.
​
How often are sessions?
​
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.
​
What can I expect?
​
Our sessions are circuit based where you will be performing 10 varying exercises for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break before moving onto the next exercise. We do three rounds of this with 2 minute breaks in between rounds.
​
Who is it for?
​
This program is ideal for anyone who is looking to improve fitness levels, improve range of motion and increase muscular strength and endurance.
How long are sessions?
​
Our sessions are 45 minutes long running from 7:30am - 8:15am Monday, Wednesday and Friday and
8:15am - 9:00am Saturday
​
How much do sessions cost?
​
The program costs £64 for 16 sessions when bought as a full month package (£4 per session) or £5 each for induvidual sessions.

What do I need to bring?
​
Yourself. A bottle of water and gym towel, your own exercise/yoga mat (mats are provided). Lots of energy for your workout.
